About me and my therapy practice
Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile.
I’m an EMDR Consultant and Integrative Psychotherapist and an accredited member of the BACP. For over 15 years, I’ve supported individuals facing complex emotional and psychological challenges, helping them move toward improved mental health and well-being.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on several psychological approaches to tailor therapy to your needs. My training includes Gestalt Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My work is informed by evidence-based practice, published research, and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) clinical guidelines.
My specialist interests lie in trauma, dissociation, and personality disorders, and I have particular experience in supporting people with:
- PTSD and Complex PTSD
- Dissociative Disorders
- Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory conditions
I currently offer online therapy (teletherapy), which means you can access support wherever you are. In addition to my private practice, I support local organisations working with clients facing significant complexity and adversity and offer training to staff.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult time or seeking personal growth, I offer a compassionate, grounded space for healing and exploration. I’d be happy to discuss how we might work together.
My fees are negotiable based on your financial circumstances. Please visit my website for more details on pricing and availability.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm an EMDR Consultant and Integrative Psychotherapist, and an accredited member of the BACP. For over fifteen years, I have supported individuals facing complex emotional and psychological difficulties — helping people not just to cope, but to genuinely move forward.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic traditions to work in a way that fits you, rather than fitting you to a single model. My training spans Gestalt Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and EMDR, and my practice is informed by current evidence-based research and NICE clinical guidelines.
I have a particular specialism in trauma and its more complex presentations, including Complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, and the psychological impact of living with autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions — an area that remains underrepresented in therapy but which can profoundly affect a person's sense of self and wellbeing.
Alongside my private practice, I support local organisations working with clients facing significant adversity, and deliver training to staff across a range of settings.
I currently offer online therapy, making it straightforward to access support regardless of where you are based. My fees are flexible and based on your financial circumstances — please visit my website for further details on availability and pricing.
If anything here resonates, I would be glad to have an initial conversation about how we might work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an EMDR Consultant and Clinical Supervisor with specialist expertise in Complex PTSD, dissociation, attachment, and ego-state work. Alongside my clinical practice, I have delivered training across both the third and statutory sectors, including organisations such as the NHS, Crisis, James' Place, the Jonathan Upshall Foundation, and Skills for Care.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic principles, with a particular focus on Gestalt and Person-Centred therapy. These foundations inform not only my work with clients but also my approach to supervision — creating a space that is reflective, relational, and growth-oriented.
Prior to my current role, I spent several years as a Mental Health Coordinator at a national homeless charity, where I supervised volunteer counsellors and worked with clients presenting with highly complex needs. It was here that I completed in-house supervision training, which, combined with my EMDR Consultant qualification, equipped me with a comprehensive grounding in both clinical and supervisory practice.
In recent years, I have maintained an active supervision practice, supporting supervisees in joining professional bodies, including the BACP, and in applying for EMDR UK membership.
Practice description
I work both in-person and online, and over the course of fifteen years, I have supported clients, supervisees, and volunteers in developing the skills needed to work effectively with those experiencing complex mental health difficulties.
My career has spanned a range of roles, including Counsellor, Mental Health Trainer, Suicide Intervention Trainer, Hospital Discharge Worker, and Mental Health Coordinator — each of which has deepened my understanding of the varied and interconnected challenges people face across different points of care.
I have extensive experience delivering both face-to-face and online therapy, and I am currently offering free initial consultations — available online for your convenience.
My first session
The initial consultation is designed to understand your current needs as a supervisee and to discuss whether we feel we are a good fit for one another.
