About me and my therapy practice

Alongside my work on a variety of issues like depression, anger, relationship, anxiety... in private practice, I have worked specifically in the area of bereavement giving me a deep understanding of the need to acknowledge all kind of losses we face (role, loved ones, identity, health, youth, future, material possessions…) and the importance of processing these losses before we can move forward to a lighter and brighter future.

My work is confidential, non-judgmental and empathic.
