With MSc in Psychotherapy, I specialise in:
- Anxiety, Depression and Stress: Managing the pressures of demanding lifestyles, addressing imposter syndrome, work-related stress or burnout.
- Supporting unique cognitive profiles, including ADHD and Autism, self-esteem and confidence.
- Identifying the emotional patterns that lead to conflict in personal, romantic or professional connections.
- Working through trauma, or periods of significant change.
Also I am trained in Metabolic Psychiatry. This allows me to understand not only the psychological factors, but also how underlying biochemistry and metabolism influence mood, energy, and mental resilience.
