About me and my therapy practice
ADHD? Peri-menopause? Post-menopause? Perhaps You Feel Like:
• This feels more than hormones, do I have ADHD?
• I really take things to heart
• I struggle to start or finish tasks, lose track of time and forget things
• My brain is busy most of the time and wanders off at other times
• Everything feels such an effort; yet others seem to cope
• Anxiety and Depression have often been present in my life
• I’m often told I’m too sensitive, but my feelings are real
• I feel misunderstood; even by loved ones
• I replay conversations over and over
• Injustice makes something inside me burn
When you reflect on your experience of ADHD, Peri-menopause or Post-Menopause from a compassionate perspective, the labels soften and your narrative changes:
What's wrong with me?
To
What do I actually need (or want)?
I’ll guide you through compassionate curiosity, insights will emerge about how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours shape your daily life. A reflective perspective can highlight what might be missing, or what you could let go of; guiding you towards creating a more fulfilling and satisfying future.
Compassionate Curiosity Can Result In:
• Criticism loses it’s emotional charge, so your day can continue without feeling derailed
• Switching to positive inner dialogue
• Actually getting things done
• Recognising your personal limits before burning out
• Listening to your inner guidance, decisions become easier
• Growing your confidence through asking for what you need
• Communicating effectively, taking practical steps that align with your natural way of being
My experience as a Therapist since 2012 is further supported by additional ADHD CPD as outlined below:
• ADHD in Adults
• ADHD in Women
• ADHD & Emotional Dysregulation in Adults
• Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria in Women
• AuDHD in Adults
• ADHD & Weight Loss
• ADHD & Alcohol
• ADHD In The Workplace
• ADHD & Sleep

• Science of Limmerance
• Science of Stress & Cortisol
Practice description
Why Choose Me?
How you feel about working with your chosen Therapist is deeply important; research shows the relationship between therapist and client is the strongest predictor of beneficial therapy.
The reason clients choose to work with me and return when life throws a curved ball, is how emotionally safe they feel, as well as feeling deeply seen and heard.
I work from my heart; a gentle soul with fire in my belly, compassionately focussed on fairness, and along-with my lived experiences, facilitate a deep connection with my clients.
The personal parts of me find emotional and spiritual connection in nature, wild swimming, yoga, the moon's cycles, practicing gratitude and trusting intuition as much as knowledge. I am a late assessed AuDHD female and I deeply understand the feelings of grief for a life that ‘could have been so different’ in relationships, career, life choices and belonging. These experiences and personal qualities have quietly shaped the way I show up with presence, warmth and respect for the whole person sitting in front of me.
Clients often comment that my other qualifications e.g. Homeopathic Medicine, Bodywork and Yoga give them more confidence that I have a deeper understanding of how our body and mind work in unison. Beneficial when working with female hormone influence as well as the breadth of physical symptoms in ADHD.
I invite you to show up as you are - bring your messy thoughts, anger, tears, and PJ’s are welcome too!
