About me and my therapy practice

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life or career transition, struggling with burnout, or simply sensing that something isn't working as well as it could. Walk & Talk Therapy offers a relaxed alternative to sitting in a therapy room, creating space to think, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I am a BACP Accredited Therapist with over 20 years' experience working within counselling and psychotherapy.

I offer Walk & Talk Therapy sessions in Greenwich Park. Many clients find outdoor sessions particularly beneficial for reducing anxiety, calming a busy mind, and creating a greater sense of ease during therapy.

Clients often describe my approach as supportive yet purposeful. While therapy offers space to reflect and understand your experiences, I also help clients identify solutions, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, ADHD-related challenges, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, burnout, career challenges, career redirection, life transitions, and performance-related concerns.

My approach combines therapeutic depth with practical support. Alongside therapy, I often incorporate coaching and solution-focused techniques, helping clients not only understand the patterns that may be holding them back, but also identify clear goals and meaningful steps forward. Whether you are looking to overcome personal challenges, navigate a career change, recover from burnout, improve your relationships, or gain greater confidence, I aim to help you move from insight to action.

Practice description

I work in an integrative and evidence-based way, tailoring therapy to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My work draws from EMDR, CBT, Positive Psychology, neuroscience-informed approaches, and somatic techniques.

I aim to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore difficult experiences while also developing practical tools for change. Alongside emotional insight, I focus on helping clients build resilience, emotional regulation, confidence, and healthier coping strategies.

I support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, burnout, and feeling “stuck” in life or work. I also work with high performers, including professionals, creatives, and athletes, who may struggle with pressure, overthinking, fear of failure, or confidence issues despite appearing successful externally.

My work is informed by the understanding that past experiences can continue to shape present emotions, behaviours, relationships, and performance. Therapy can help untangle these patterns and support meaningful, lasting change.
