Availability

Availability and Practice Hours

I currently have limited availability for new clients and offer both daytime and early evening sessions online via secure video platform. This allows clients to work with me from the comfort and privacy of their own home, wherever they are based in the UK or internationally.

I generally work Monday to Thursday between 9am and 6pm (UK time), with occasional flexibility for clients in different time zones. Sessions are typically held weekly, and I offer both short-term focused work (e.g. 6–12 sessions) and longer-term therapy, depending on individual needs and goals.

If you are considering therapy with me, please feel free to get in touch for a brief, no-obligation consultation call to explore whether we might be a good fit to work together. I will always be transparent about my current availability and expected waiting times.

I take planned breaks throughout the year, which I communicate well in advance to existing clients to ensure continuity of care and appropriate support.

Please contact me by email to arrange an initial conversation or to be added to my waiting list if no immediate spaces are available.

About me and my therapy practice

How I Work

I am an accredited therapist specialising in CBT for women who experience ADHD-related emotional and executive functioning challenges. Many of my clients describe feeling overwhelmed, inconsistent, easily overstimulated, or stuck in cycles of procrastination and self-criticism. Others come to me after a late ADHD diagnosis and are looking for clear, practical tools to understand their mind and create more stability.

My approach is calm, structured and collaborative. Together we work to understand the patterns behind difficulty with focus, task initiation, emotional intensity, and the pressure to mask or “hold everything together”. I integrate CBT, emotional regulation skills, behavioural strategies and self-compassion to support you in building clarity, confidence and self-trust.

I offer a space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and develop practical tools that work with your brain, not against it. Sessions are paced gently and include both understanding and active skills you can apply between sessions.

I work online with women who want support with ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism and the impact these have on daily life, relationships and wellbeing. You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to begin therapy.

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine partnership: respectful, supportive, and empowering. My intention is to help you feel more at ease in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more confident in navigating life’s ups and downs.

If you are looking for a warm, steady therapeutic relationship and a structured approach to change, I would be glad to support you.

Practice description

I offer online CBT for women who are navigating ADHD-related emotional and executive functioning challenges. Many of the clients I work with describe feeling overwhelmed, inconsistent, “stuck”, or as though they are constantly trying to keep up. Others come to therapy following a late ADHD diagnosis and want help understanding their mind, regulating their emotions, and building confidence in day-to-day life.

My practice provides a calm, structured and supportive space where you can make sense of your experiences without pressure or judgement. I work collaboratively, helping you identify the patterns that contribute to overwhelm, anxiety, difficulty starting tasks, masking, perfectionism and burnout. Together we explore how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact, and we use CBT tools to create practical, achievable changes.

Sessions typically include psychoeducation, emotional regulation strategies, behavioural planning, and cognitive techniques tailored specifically for the ADHD female experience. My approach is warm, steady and grounded; I aim to help you understand your mind, reduce self-criticism, and build skills that work with your brain rather than against it.

You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to begin therapy. I welcome women who are exploring whether ADHD may be part of their story, as well as those managing anxiety, stress, low mood, inner criticism or the effects of lifelong coping patterns.

If you are looking for a therapeutic relationship that is compassionate, clear and practical, I would be glad to support you.

My first session

First Session Details

I offer a free 20-minute consultation call before we begin working together. This gives us both a chance to meet, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and decide whether we feel like a good fit. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and see how therapy might support you at this stage.

If you decide to proceed, our first full session is a gentle starting point. It’s not about going into everything at once but about getting to know you — your background, what’s been happening recently, and what you’d like to achieve through therapy. Together, we begin to shape some goals or intentions for our work so that it feels meaningful and focused for you.

Before the first session, I’ll send a brief intake form covering some background details, confidentiality information, and agreement terms. This helps ensure our time together is used effectively and safely.
