Coaching is delivered within a structured 12-week Anxiety & Overthinking Programme.
Before we begin, you will complete the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment — iPEC's proprietary, attitudinal assessment tool that provides insight into how you react under stress compared with how you respond under normal circumstances. It is not a diagnostic or clinical test.
Your first session is a 90-minute ELI Debrief Session in which we review your results and identify stress patterns, decision-making tendencies and underlying beliefs contributing to anxiety and chronic overthinking. With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI assessment, you will have the opportunity to reshape your attitudes and worldview and “transform who you are.”
Following the Debrief Session, the programme continues with 11 weekly 60-minute sessions. Each session builds upon the last. This consistent format provides momentum and containment, rather than open-ended or indefinite work.
Between sessions, you will receive practical tools and a brief goal-focused check-in to support accountability. The main therapeutic work remains within sessions.

Practice description
The 12-week Overthinking & Anxiety Programme is designed to help you move beyond coping and build emotional steadiness and mental clarity.
Sessions are practical and change-focused. We work directly with how anxiety, overthinking and stress responses show up in daily life — and how they affect confidence, decision-making, relationships and work.
A key part of the work involves learning to recognise automatic stress reactions and developing the capacity to pause and respond more consciously. This includes nervous system regulation, interrupting unhelpful thought patterns, and building emotional resilience.
We also explore and shift deeper patterns that fuel anxiety and self-doubt — often unconscious beliefs formed earlier in life, such as “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll get it wrong.” Addressing these root drivers reduces people-pleasing, perfectionism and burnout at their source.
I draw on integrative psychology, Energy Leadership™ Coaching and NLP to deliver focused, contained sessions that translate insight into practical and empowered change. You will learn frameworks, tools and strategies that can be applied and practiced between sessions to reinforce progress.
This approach often feels like a good fit for people who have tried traditional therapy before and are now looking for a more active, skills-based way of working.
My first session
Coaching is delivered within a structured 12-week Anxiety & Overthinking Programme.
Before we begin, you will complete the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment — iPEC's proprietary, attitudinal assessment tool that provides insight into how you react under stress compared with how you respond under normal circumstances. It is not a diagnostic or clinical test.
Your first session is a 90-minute ELI Debrief Session in which we review your results and identify stress patterns, decision-making tendencies and underlying beliefs contributing to anxiety and chronic overthinking. With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI assessment, you will have the opportunity to reshape your attitudes and worldview and “transform who you are.”
Following the Debrief Session, the programme continues with 11 weekly 60-minute sessions. Each session builds upon the last. This consistent format provides momentum and containment, rather than open-ended or indefinite work.
Between sessions, you will receive practical tools and a brief goal-focused check-in to support accountability. The main therapeutic work remains within sessions.
The programme is designed to create steady change over a defined period, while equipping you with skills you can continue using independently.
