About me and my therapy practice
ONLINE MINDSET & EMPOWERMENT COACHING: For anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm.
This work is for people who are outwardly coping, but internally struggling.
You may look like you’re functioning, yet feel stuck in a busy, anxious mind — constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling emotionally reactive despite knowing “what you should do.” Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, burnt out, low in confidence or frustrated by patterns that keep repeating in their work, relationships or decision-making.
If you’re tired of analysing the problem but not feeling any real shift, this approach is designed to help you move forward.
My work is structured, active, and present-focused. Rather than open-ended talking alone, sessions focus on understanding what is happening now, identifying what’s driving it beneath the surface and developing practical ways to respond differently. This includes working with stress responses, emotional regulation and the underlying beliefs that quietly shape confidence, behaviour and self-trust.
Clients often value this approach because it creates clarity and momentum. Sessions are collaborative and intentional, with a clear sense of direction, rather than feeling like you are going over the same ground. The aim is lasting internal change — not just insight, but tangible shifts you can feel and apply in daily life.
This work suits people who want to take an active role in changing their inner patterns and are ready to engage with the process, rather than seeking reassurance or advice alone. The focus is always on what needs to shift so life feels calmer, clearer, and more meaningful.
Ready for a clearer, more focused way forward?
If you’re open to a more active and structured way of working, the best place to start is a free, no-pressure Clarity Call.
Practice description
This work is designed to create meaningful internal change in a way that feels grounded, structured, and sustainable. Sessions focus on understanding what is happening in the present and working directly with the patterns that drive anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, and self-doubt.
The approach is active and intentional rather than open-ended. We pay attention to how stress, pressure, thoughts, and emotional responses show up in your day-to-day life, and how they influence confidence, decision-making, behaviour, and relationships. From there, we work on developing the capacity to respond more consciously and steadily, rather than reacting automatically under stress.
I draw on integrative psychology, Energy Leadership™ Coaching, and Neurolinguistic Programming to help identify and work with unconscious beliefs and internal patterns that keep people stuck or make it harder to trust themselves and move forward. This allows us to move beyond coping strategies alone and address what is maintaining the issue beneath the surface. The focus is on deep and lasting internal shifts, not quick fixes.
Sessions are calm, collaborative, and clearly structured. Many clients find it reassuring to work within a defined framework that provides clarity and direction, rather than feeling they are revisiting the same conversations. Alongside session work, I offer simple practices to work with between sessions and a brief, goal-focused email check-in to support reflection, accountability and momentum, while keeping the main work contained within the session space.
This approach often feels like a good fit for people who have tried traditional forms of therapy in the past and are now looking for a more structured, active, and change-focused way of working.
My first session
Coaching is delivered within a structured 12-week programme, beginning with completion of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment — a reflective tool that offers insight into how you currently experience and respond to stress, pressure, and everyday challenges. It is not a diagnostic or clinical assessment.
This is followed by a 90-minute Foundations Session, where we explore your ELI results together and examine how your responses to stress affect decision-making, emotional reactions, and behaviour. The ELI often also highlights unconscious beliefs or habits that may be contributing to anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling stuck.
Read about the ELI HERE.
During the session, I introduce the Seven Levels of Energy framework as a shared language and self-referencing tool. Clients who struggle with decision-making often find this brings immediate clarity to internal patterns and a stronger sense of direction.
The Foundations Session also establishes a clear roadmap for the work ahead, including identifying goals and priorities. Starting in this way allows us to work efficiently and intentionally from the outset, rather than spending several sessions trying to piece things together.
Following the Foundations Session, we move straight into the coaching phase, which includes 11 focused weekly sessions of 50 minutes. This structure provides consistency, containment, and momentum, allowing us to build depth and support meaningful internal change without the work feeling open-ended.
The 12-week programme is tailored, collaborative, and clearly structured and delivered at a paced to suit you.
Next step:
The best place to start is a free Clarity Call — a brief, confidential conversation to explore what’s been going on for you and whether this way of working feels like a good fit.
*Please only book if you’re genuinely open to exploring change.
