About me and my therapy practice

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my work, along with a natural warmth and humour. I believe finding the right support is essential and am always happy to help you when making this difficult choice. At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for both your situation and for you as an individual. I believe it is essential to help you move forward and take charge of your situation.

Practice description

I work from a discreet garden office facing woodlands.

Access is via a side gate with plenty of parking.

My first session

In the first session I will look to find out what has promoted you to contact me. We will then be able to work out how to help you move forward.

I offer complete flexibility in my sessions, you may find one session is enough or would like ongoing support, we can work this out through your first session.

I am not currently available for new clients, however if you are enquiring in regards to supervision I have some current availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I believe good supervision is essential to our growth and development. I want to provide a space for exploration, consideration, compassion and restoration.

I have offered supervision to a number of large organisations and services - corporate, charity, NHS, hospice and schools. I also provide support and supervision to therapist in private practice. Whatever the setting I seek to support you to provide the best in your work and balance in your life.

I have worked along side several of the local colleges and some of the bigger training organisations and offer support and guidance to those in training as well as a concession rate.
