About me and my therapy practice

When life feels overwhelming, even the smallest tasks can start to feel like too much. You may be feeling anxious, stressed or struggling to cope with the demands of everyday life. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

I offer a calm space where you can slow down, untangle what's on your mind, and talk at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll explore what's been happening, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and work towards helping you feel calmer and more able to cope.

I draw on different counselling approaches, tailoring our work together to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're looking to understand unhelpful patterns, find practical ways to manage stress and anxiety, or simply have the space to think and be heard.

Practice description

I've been working with adults since 2014, supporting people who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally drained. Many of the people I work with feel as though they are carrying a lot, often without enough space to pause and process it.

For some, these feelings have built up over time. For others, a specific situation or life change has made things feel harder to manage. You may feel stretched, stuck, or unsure how to regain a sense of balance.

In our work together, I offer a calm, reflective space to help you make sense of what is going on. Counselling gives you the opportunity to slow things down, explore your thoughts and feelings, and understand patterns that may be contributing to how you're feeling.

There is no expectation to have everything figured out before you begin. We will work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what feels most important. Over time, this can help you feel more grounded, more self-aware, and better able to cope with life's demands.

Sessions are available online or by telephone. I also offer a free 10–15 minute introductory call to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
