Practice description

I offer short and longer term work dependent upon the needs of individuals and couples.

As an integrative counsellor I use a blend of other approaches and practices. For example, using TA (Transactional Analysis) which helps you to understand how to communicate and relate with yourself and others such as listening to your inner child voice.

My approach is working with the whole person meaning mind, body and emotions. My educational background started with working as a general and mental health nurse, MSc in Health Clinical Psychology, Fitness and massage business, counselling diploma in person and online and supervisor as well as EMDR practitioner. I worked within various charity settings, school environment and health sector that helped me to widen my perceptive on life as a whole and become more receptive and reflective.

My fee is £60.00 for a 1 hour session. We can contract for a specific number of sessions or work in an open-ended way.

My first session

I begin all my counselling work with a free initial session for 30 minutes via telephone or zoom, at which point we can jointly decide if therapy with me is the right course of action for you.
