About me and my therapy practice
A qualified integrative therapist based in London with 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples.
I have particular experience in working with trauma and the impact of sexual abuse on men and women.
I also have worked a lot with depression, anxiety and stress.
Practice description
My approach to therapy is very much a relational one. I see therapy as a collaborative process where I help my clients to explore and understand what feels right and makes sense to them.
I see the relationship between therapist and client as an essential part of the healing process for most people. We are damaged through our relationships with others and this damage can only be fully healed through more positive experiences of relating. Trust and a sense of safety and understanding in the therapeutic space is what facilitates clients to grow and recover in my experience.
