Tabitha Draper

I am an experienced existential psychotherapist, with many years of working in both private practice and in the NHS. I work with clients by listening, engaging and thinking alongside the client to help explore the meaning of experiences and relationships. Counselling and therapy offer an opportunity to step away from the every day environment where there can be many demands, interruptions and deadlines. I provide a safe, contained and non-judgmental space in which clients can explore feelings and emotions. This can often be about linking current difficulties to past experiences. It can lead to new understandings of how patterns can sometimes get repeated. Therapy and counselling explores the possibilities of getting unstuck and gaining new perspectives. This can increase curiosity, resilience and mood.

I offer fifty-minute sessions, and generally see clients once a week, and at the same day and time each week.
