About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience working with adults and couples. My practice is based in London and I also work online internationally.

My training is rooted in psychosynthesis and informed by relational, trauma-aware and transpersonal approaches. I work with people facing emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions around identity, belonging and direction. Many clients I see are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected internally. Therapy offers a space to reflect and cultivate a more authentic self connection that allows for more life force and vibrancy.

I offer a compassionate, reflective, collaborative space where we can explore both present difficulties and the deeper patterns shaping them. I help clients explore their emotional responses, relational dynamics and internal conflicts. This often leads to greater clarity, self-connection and the capacity to make different choices.

Practice description

My approach integrates:

Psychosynthesis psychotherapy

Systemic and relational dynamics

Trauma integration and recovery

Cultural and identity awareness

Couples therapy

Family Constellations and Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy

I work with people who are often functioning well outwardly yet experience difficulty internally in relationships, decision making, identity or a persistent sense that life is being survived rather than lived.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at the patterns organising your experience: emotional responses, relational expectations, internal conflicts and the influence of earlier environments. Difficulties tend to become clearer and more workable when understood in context.

My approach is integrative and depth-oriented. The aim is not simply coping strategies but increased internal coherence, the capacity to think, feel and act with greater alignment. As this develops, clients usually find relationships, boundaries and choices begin to shift in a more stable way.

I have particular experience working with complex personal histories, trauma, cross-cultural lives, long-standing relational patterns and periods of transition where an established way of living no longer holds.

My first session

The first meeting allows me to build a clear understanding of your situation. We discuss what has brought you and I ask detailed background questions to form a picture of your history, relationships and current circumstances. This helps us identify the areas that may need attention and how we might approach the work.

Sessions are collaborative and paced according to what is workable for you. We may reflect on present situations, past experiences and recurring patterns in thoughts, feelings and relationships, including what becomes apparent in the therapeutic conversation itself.

About me and my therapy practice

I am from London, of mixed-race origin and have worked closely with the international UN community in Geneva as a therapist and supervisor for over 25 years. I currently am a training supervisor, for trainee therapists at the Minster Centre in London.

My approach to supervision is integrative and collaborative. My core training is in Psychosynthesis, Systemic Family Constellation work and IoPT.

I welcome working in creatively and with different modalities. I currently supervise psychotherapists, counsellors, executive coaches, professors and heads of departments for some international schools and organisations.

I see supervision as a collaborative relationship with has many different dimensions to it. Supervision can assist you in seeing fragments of your client work that may not yet be evident, with an emphasis on exploration, support and growth. It is also a place to bring your vulnerability, question marks and challenges which often brings in-depth insight into the conscious and unconscious processes at work.
