About me and my therapy practice
You're the person everyone relies on.
You manage the demands of work, family and everyday life. Colleagues see you as capable. Friends come to you for support. You keep going, even when you're struggling.
But underneath, you may be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or anxious. Perhaps you're constantly overthinking, questioning yourself, putting others' needs first or carrying a sense that no matter how much you achieve, it's never quite enough.
Many of the people I work with appear to be coping on the outside, but internally they feel overwhelmed, self-critical, stuck, or disconnected from who they truly are. Some struggle with chronic stress and anxiety. Others find themselves trapped in people-pleasing patterns, low confidence, or the lasting effects of difficult childhood experiences or past trauma.
How I Work
I believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change.
My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative. I work alongside you at your pace, helping you explore difficult experiences and understand how they may be influencing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours today.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, unresolved emotional wounds or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity and begin developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Clients often tell me they feel deeply listened to, understood and able to be themselves in our sessions. Together, we'll create a safe environment where you can explore challenges openly and move towards the life you want to live.

• 15 Years' Clinical Experience
• Aviva Authorised Therapist
• Online Therapy Across the UK
My first session
Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, so my priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable, listened to and understood.
In our first session, we'll spend time exploring what has brought you to therapy and what is happening for you right now. We'll talk about the challenges you're facing, how they're affecting your life, and what you hope might be different as a result of our work together. As we begin to build a picture of your experiences, we'll identify some goals for therapy and discuss how we can work towards them in a way that feels supportive, realistic and meaningful for you.
There's no expectation to share everything at once. We will go at a pace that feels right for you, giving you the time and space to feel heard, make sense of what's going on, and begin your journey towards positive change.

Anxiety, Cultural issues, Depression, Identity issues, Life coaching, Loss, Personal development, Relationships, Self esteem, Stress

As a BACP Accredited therapist with 15 years of clinical experience, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Together, we'll work to understand the thoughts, emotions and beliefs that may be holding you back, helping you develop a healthier relationship with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.
My aim isn't simply to help you cope. It's to help you heal, grow and reconnect with your authentic self so that you can live life with greater confidence, self-acceptance and emotional freedom.
