About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor based in Bothwell on the outskirts of Glasgow. I work primarily from the Person Centred approach, aiming to create a supportive relationship based on empathy, acceptance and openness. However further training has equipped me to work creatively, tailoring therapy to meet the client's individual needs, thus incorporating talking therapy, mindfulness, CBT, hypnotherapy and EFT . I worked as a counsellor for 12 years in alcohol and drugs services and in GP surgeries. I have been in private practice for 6 years. I offer flexible appointment times including evenings.
Practice description
At the moment I offer face to face, telephone and video call sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
