Practice description

Are there many people in your life but no one you can talk to because you don't want them to feel burdened? Or maybe friends are few and there isn't anyone around to confide in? I can give you time and space to talk about whatever is worrying you.

I can help you develop resilience and personal growth and a sense of choice and control about how you move forward. We will discover your goals and review our work frequently to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.

We will work at a pace which feels safe and comfortable enough for you. I will also challenge and prompt where needed and make observations and reflections to encourage links, insights, and ‘lightbulb’ moments. Meeting online helps you to access confidential and professional support and is an effective way of achieving results. Online counselling and coaching via video meetings means we can see and talk to each other as we work together. My first session

Counselling  is about facing fears and feelings. It is about coming to terms with difficult life events, working through them and being able to ‘file’ them where they belong, so they are a reference point in the history of your life and new chapters can open up ahead. Counselling is about taking a courageous step to face what is causing you discomfort, and begin to convert it. To create fun instead of frustration. Hope instead of hopelessness. Motivation instead of dissatisfaction. Proactivity instead of stuckness. Counselling is about creating change. Positive change. Good change. Growth-enhancing change. Change that is within your choice and control and helps you feel empowered, positive and better able to face forward into the life/relationship/job/future that you want.
