About me and my therapy practice

I am a UKCP(Reg) Psychotherapist, and originally trained as a Humanistic Therapeutic Counsellor. I have been working therapeutically with clients since I qualified in 2012.

Practice description

I work Humanistically, in that I see the mind-body as interrelated and draw on theory from psychotherapy, yoga therapy, poly vagal theory and EMDR.

I offer a compassionate but active approach where we will work collaboratively together to bring meaningful change for you.

My first session

I offer a free 20 minute Zoom call for all new clients so you can meet with me and we can see if it feels a good fit. It's so important to find the right therapist for you.

The first 2-3 sessions involve some information gathering and we will check in after session 3 to see how things are feeling.
