About me and my therapy practice
Do you always feel like you don’t belong? I help those who feel like outsiders, like they don't fit it, and no one gets them to find acceptance in being unique, and embrace their difference.
With over 13 years of experience working with diverse clients and helping them release the emotional charge of their traumatic past, I can help you create a life that aligns with you true purpose.
I combine pioneering embodied, energy tools, such as tapping, and chakra clearing, and breathwork with creative practices, like metaphor and stories, and the interesting world of the internal parts of IFS.
The Taoist saying goes "as within, so without". If you find more self-love and acceptance inside, it will manifest in your external life.

The first session will be an assessment for both to figure out if we are the best fit for this journey from disconnection and loneliness to belonging and embracing difference.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you stuck in your work?
Do you find yourself repeatedly talking about your clients in supervision, not learning much, and feeling frustrated? Are you feeling disappointed or uncertain about how to move forward? Perhaps you’re having transpersonal experiences in your practice with no one to share them with
I offer creative, embodied, transpersonal supervision for therapists who wish to explore their work through a body-mind-energy approach.
Creative supervision invites you to step back, look at your practice from a new perspective and gain deeper insights. Both your body and your client's body hold wisdom, if we know how to ask and listen. Tapping into this can bring powerful shifts in your professional, as well as your personal life.
With over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I combine everything I’ve learned and experienced to create meaningful opportunities for your growth. My integrative framework includes person-centred core beliefs, psychodynamic theories, a trauma-informed somatic approach, knowledge of IFS, and energy psychology tools
I hold a Master in Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Practising Energy Psychotherapy, and I am completing in a Diploma in Supervision.
Practice description
What to Expect in Supervision
Supervision with me is not a list of tasks to tick but a relational process. Depending on what feels appropriate to you, our sessions may include:
- Creative tools like visualisation, metaphor, drawing, or movement
- Embodied awareness and body process
- Working with parts
- Reflective practice and transpersonal experiences
Whether we’re talking, sharing, or drawing, the intention is to come into deeper contact with your wisdom for the benefit of your clients.
Who I Work With
I welcome a wide variety of supervisees and therapists from all walks of life, but I find that I particularly connect with:
- Highly sensitive, spiritual or creative therapists
- Counsellors and psychotherapists integrating energy healing or body process
- Practitioners who feel “different” or marginalised in their work settings
- Therapists navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, or difficult client work
- Trainees and early-career therapists seeking a reflective and empowering space
You don’t need to be using energy tools to work with me, but if you do, I’ll support you in integrating them ethically and confidently into your therapeutic framework.
Why Choose Creative Supervision?
Creative supervision can offer something different:
- It reawakens your curiosity and sense of possibility
- It bypasses cognitive loops, opening access to deeper understanding
- It can reconnect you with your original passion for the work
- It often helps prevent burnout by providing restoration and perspective
If you’re feeling a little lost, drained, or disconnected in your work, creative supervision may be what helps you find your way back to your centre.
Currently, I am completing a Diploma in Supervision at the Gestalt Centre in London.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
