About me and my therapy practice

I have a strong track record of understanding and helping my clients in a safe and supportive manner and that's what I can offer you.

I am highly experienced across all counselling areas, but have strong experience with anxiety and depression, stress and work related matters, and relationship and family issues too.

I am also highly experienced in dealing with self-esteem issues, as well as loss and bereavement, panic and trauma and I have also worked in cancer counselling.

Practice description

I am fully qualified and BACP accredited and have been practising as a counsellor for 15 years. While I am Person Centred trained I typically integrate this with other therapy approaches including cognitive, psychodynamic, solution focused and life coaching approaches.
