About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified accredited counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with extensive experience counselling clients of all ages presenting with a wide range of difficulties. I have worked in a General Practice within the NHS for a number of years. In addition, I have specific experience of adolescent issues from my time as a counsellor attached to a 6th form college. I have also worked with a women’s refuge supporting female victims of domestic abuse. My integrative training enables me to offer a flexible approach, as a range of therapeutic models and tools will allow us to tailor therapy to your individual requirements. I firmly believe that it is the therapeutic relationship between us that will provide the safe supportive environment where you can explore, grow and fulfil your potential. I offer both short and long term therapy to adults and older teenagers and am a recognised provider with BUPA, Nuffield Health, Aviva, WPA and Axa.
