Availability

I currently have availability for new clients and offer flexible appointment times during weekday daytime and afternoon hours, with some evening appointments available by arrangement. Please note that I do not offer weekend sessions.

I provide both remote/online sessions via Zoom and in-person sessions at my practice in Angel, Islington, North London. This flexibility allows you to choose a format that works best for your needs and circumstances.

Fees:

In-person sessions (Angel, Islington): £90 per session

Remote/online sessions: £80 per session

I understand that therapy is an investment, and I offer concessionary rates for students, those on low income, and others experiencing financial difficulty.

About me and my therapy practice

In our work together, I offer a humanistic and relational space where you can explore what truly matters to you. My approach integrates mindfulness, psycho-spiritual support and somatic resilience. Your connection to yourself, others, and the world around you is profoundly intertwined, and a holistic approach is important to attaining general well-being.

With over 11 years of experience, I've worked with people from diverse walks of life, representing various cultures, backgrounds, orientations, and experiences. My work has spanned the entire lifespan, supporting children and young people in schools and colleges, as well as adults through charities, organisations, and private practice. This breadth continually deepens my respect for each person's uniqueness and strengthens my passion for this work.

I've witnessed how clarity, self-awareness, and intentional action can transform lives, turning confusion or unhappiness into purpose and joy. These transformations inspire everything I do. My approach explores how integrating spiritual and existential dimensions with psychological techniques fosters genuine healing and growth, offering more than short-term relief by helping you align with what truly matters.

By blending therapeutic models, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, somatic resilience, and a mind-body approach, I provide tools for insight, relief, and well-being. I work with empathy and authenticity in a collaborative space where my goal is not just to help you understand your challenges, but to support you in taking meaningful action toward creating a life you love.

Practice description

I offer counselling, life coaching, and somatic resilience work, tailoring my approach to what you need. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be short-term or longer-term.

Counselling

Provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions more deeply. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, feeling stuck or disconnected, life transitions, and questions around meaning and purpose. Together, we process past experiences, understand patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. You are the expert of your own life; my role is to listen, hold space, and reflect your wisdom to you.

Life Coaching

For those with foundational self-awareness who need support with accountability, motivation, identifying next steps, and challenging limiting beliefs. We explore where you are now, clarify where you want to be, and create plans to bridge that gap. Sessions connect you with your purpose, uncover unconscious obstacles, and build empowering habits.

Somatic Resilience

Sometimes the body holds what words alone cannot reach. This work focuses on the connection between your nervous system, your body, and your lived experience, helping you gently process what may be stored as tension, stress, or trauma. We build your capacity to move out of survival responses and back into calm, groundedness, and presence. Particularly supportive for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and those who sense something held in the body that talking alone has not shifted.

All three approaches draw on humanistic, psycho-spiritual, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based methods. Benefits include greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, clarity, improved relationships, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

Whether processing the past, focusing on forward momentum, or learning to regulate through the body, we work collaboratively to help you create a life you love.

My first session

Before we begin working together, I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation. This is an initial conversation where you can share what's brought you to seek support, and I can explain how I work. It's a chance for us both to get a sense of whether we're a good fit, with no pressure or obligation. We'll discuss what you're hoping to achieve and explore whether counselling, life coaching, or a blend of both might be most helpful for you.

If we both feel it's right to proceed, we'll arrange your first full session. This is where we really begin the work together. In this first session, we'll explore more deeply what's brought you here: the challenges you're facing, the changes you're seeking, or the questions you're holding. I'll listen carefully to understand your story, your patterns, and what matters most to you.

We'll start to identify your goals and aspirations, whether that's processing difficult emotions, gaining clarity about your direction, understanding past experiences, or building new ways of being. I'll share how I might work with you, what tools could be beneficial, and we'll begin to co-create how our sessions together might unfold.

By the end of this first session, you'll have a clearer sense of the therapeutic space and how we might move forward together. You're always free to decide whether to continue after any session. Therapy and coaching hold power when you operate from your own autonomous choices.
