About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in supporting individuals that are navigating grief, healing from complex trauma and searching for deeper connections and self awareness. I offer a safe space for you to develop clarity, resilience and emotional well-being at your own pace.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I bring over two decades of experience in specialist teaching, adult training and community engagement. This background enriches my ability to communicate openly, respect diversity and understand the varied pressures life can present.

I offer both short and long-term therapy, depending on what you are looking for. Some people prefer focused, shorter-term work around specific difficulties, while others benefit from longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and experiences over time. Sessions are guided by your pace and what feels most manageable for you, with the aim of helping you develop insight, build coping strategies and create meaningful and lasting change.

If you would like to explore whether we might be a good fit to work together, please feel free to reach out to arrange an initial conversation.
