Hi im Helen 

I  work in a compassionate way to understand what is troubling you and at your own pace. My wish is to let you feel really listened to and understood.

 I am an integrative practictioner having trained in various modalities. CBT EFT  and Mindfulness aswell as being grounded in a person centred approach.

I believe individuals each have their own inner resources and strengths and its really good to talk things over and gain perspective. I can work with you to offer a warm and friendly space to explore issues and concerns that you may have.

I have a background in teaching in college both psychology and counselling. I am an accredited member of BACP and a trained Supervisor to support other counsellors and trainee students.

I have gained experience as a School Counsellor and in a hospice setting and have worked within complimentary therapy.

I offer a free short call initially.

My sessions are £60 per hour for Individual sessions after 5 get 6 one free.

Concessions can be discussed

In my supervision practice my fees are £50

For trainees are £30.00 afterwards £50 

I mainly work in the evenings and can be flexible day time on Wednesdays.

I work in an integrative way to support trainee counsellors and Therapists.

For example to help look at client work that may bring about dilemas or raise any ethical or boundary issues that may arise.

My Supervision fees are £50 

Trainees concession fee £30.00

I am available for group supervision please call to discuss fees

Also as a back up if your supervisor is unwell or on holiday.

Supervision can be  via Teams or Telephone  some courses specify face to face and this can be arranged or discussed. 

After initial telephone call to check im the right Supervisor for you we can book  in a session for the following month.
