About me and my therapy practice

Hello , my name is Nicola , although to most I’m known as Nicky.

I have been a person centred counsellor for over 10 years now and specialise in young adults and female counselling , although I also welcome male clients , couples and families.

I am a HR Manager and counsellor and passionate about both my roles.

I work at home and within the BACP standards and ethics.

Practice description

Counselling can sometimes be daunting , uncomfortable and hard work, but I feel I offer a comfortable, honest and wholesome environment for you to work within ; and we can work together to achieve a wholesome outcome.

I work with several specialities ( grief, abuse , depression , anxiety to name a few)

My first session

I would meet you free of charge for our first session to see if we feel we are ‘ right ‘ for each other ‘ .. hopefully the answer is yes and thereafter we would meet weekly or fortnightly.
