As a wellbeing psychologist, I offer extensive expertise across various areas of psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, couples, families, and children. Whether it's your first-time considering counselling or if you have lingering uncertainties, I'm here to address your queries. I understand people’s hesitations around investing time and resources in counselling without certainty of its effectiveness. However, I am qualified to assist with a wide spectrum of challenges, ranging from anxiety, depression, abuse, and bullying to relationship issues, health anxiety and complaints, trauma (PTSD), Neurodivergency, BPD, and more.
Since achieving my initial qualifications in 2010, I've been deeply involved in private practice, enhancing my practice and approach through continued professional development. With this I am able to employ a diverse range of therapies customised to suit your individual needs. As an Accredited member of the BACP practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Psychology (2020), my approach an integrative one where I draw from a base firmly connected in person-centred therapy whilst encompassing elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills (DBT), Rewind therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Anxiety, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) to support flexibility of thoughts, Solution Focus Therapy, Compassion Focus Therapy (CFT), Gestalt, and psychological areas including personality and post traumatic growth.
The aim is to provide an enhanced and personalised counselling experience that caters to your unique requirements at a pace that suits you.
