About me and my therapy practice

Parenting Training for children aged 3 years old-8 years old :

Are you struggling to manage your child’s routine or create a consistent structure at home?

Do you find it difficult to set boundaries or manage challenging behaviour?

Are you feeling overwhelmed by your child’s emotions and unsure how to help them manage them?

Is it hard to stay calm and respond effectively during emotionally charged moments?

Parenting can be challenging, especially when managing routines, addressing difficult behaviours, and helping your child navigate their emotions. It’s normal to feel uncertain about how to handle these moments, but with the right tools, you can build a calmer, more structured environment for your family.

Through my online personalised training, I provide practical strategies to help you manage your child’s behaviour, set effective routines, and support their emotional regulation. You also have the option to book in-person play sessions with your child to practice these skills together in a supportive setting.

Together, we’ll focus on improving communication, managing emotions, and building a stronger, more positive connection with your child.

What to Expect From the Training :

When you join my online training, you’ll gain practical strategies and insights to manage your child’s behaviour, set effective routines, and support emotional regulation for both you and your child. The training is designed to give you the tools to navigate parenting challenges with confidence and calm.

You can expect:

Comprehensive Modules: Step-by-step lessons covering key parenting strategies, including managing routines, setting boundaries, executive functioning tips and handling challenging behaviours.

Support for Emotional Regulation: Techniques to help both you and your child better manage emotions, reducing stress and frustration in tough moments.

Practical Tools: Actionable strategies you can implement right away to create a more balanced, structured home environment.

Real-Life Practice: The opportunity to book in-person play sessions with your child, where we’ll practice these strategies together in a supportive setting.

This training will empower you to approach parenting with more understanding and patience, giving you the confidence to respond to your child’s needs effectively. Through these modules, you’ll build a stronger connection with your child, creating a nurturing and positive family dynamic.

My first session

What Happens Next :

As a parenting trainer with experience working alongside parents in schools, I understand the unique challenges that come with raising children, especially when faced with conditions like ADHD, autism, executive functioning issues, and difficulties with routines and emotional regulation. Now, I’m offering personalized parenting training to parents who need direct support at home.

We’ll begin with a thorough assessment that includes a Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire for your child, as well as an exploration of presenting issues, your family’s history, how you're feeling about yourself, and your specific goals.

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we’ll work through the 12-week training program together.

Throughout the 12 weeks, you can expect:

A thorough initial assessment to identify your child’s strengths, challenges (e.g., ADHD, autism, executive functioning), and your unique family needs

12 weeks of structured training modules focused on behaviour management, emotional regulation, creating effective routines, and strengthening the family connection

Actionable tools and techniques to immediately apply in your family life

In-person play sessions to practice the skills in a guided, real-world environment

Additional Support:

If it would be helpful, I can provide a letter to your GP or a report for CAMHS assessment based on my observations during our sessions. While I cannot guarantee that this will lead to further support as I am not a psychologist, it can offer additional information that may be useful in seeking further services for your child.

Whether you’re navigating the complexities of ADHD, and autism, or struggling to build consistent routines, this training will empower you with strategies to foster better emotional regulation and a deeper connection with your child.
