I have over 33 years of military and emergency services experience, and I am very aware, from personal experience that a uniform is no barrier to poor mental health.

 I have personally experienced challenging anxiety-driven low times, and, met many people in the uniformed services who have suffered from everything to depression, low self-esteem, and addiction issues, and therefore a realization that a uniform is no barrier or protection to mental health challenges and illnesses.

I have a simple and relaxed manner when delivering training as befits my simple Northern upbringing :)

I am self employed Therapist/Coach and Life Trainer and can work remotely or visit work places to deliver face to face.
