I use evidence-based therapy to provide the best results in living a more fulfilling and balanced life. With clients from Europe, UK and America, I offer FaceTime, WhatsApp and video messenger sessions. Ensuring clients are offered a confidential and safe environment where they can explore feelings, circumstances and relationships in an open way. I am Integrative trained, and use various techniques in helping my clients make sense of their world. My approach aims to enable clients to experience a genuine and caring relationship, where they can reach a deeper level of understanding about who they are. I am committed to providing the best care. I have extensive experience of working with adults in clinics with issues of self-harm, eating disorders, anxiety, BDP/ BD and depression. I see NHS patients, offer private therapy and have worked with pre & post bereaved patients in palliative care. Currently studying a PhD. FREE WHATSAPP CONSULTATIONS.
