Are you an LGBTQ+ counsellor or psychotherapist navigating decisions about being “out” with clients? I’m a queer therapist in training and MSc student at London Metropolitan University, conducting a research study exploring how LGBTQ+ counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK navigate decisions about being “out” with clients, how this impacts the therapeutic relationship and ethical dilemmas in practice.

I’m inviting LGBTQ+ counsellors and psychotherapists currently practicing in the UK to take part in a one-off, confidential online interview (approximately 60 minutes).

Participation is voluntary, and you can choose how much or how little you wish to share. All data will be fully anonymised.

Please see here for more information or if you have any questions or are interested in taking part, please contact me.
You will be provided with a Participant Information Sheet and Consent Form before deciding whether to participate.
