Exploration of how being a late diagnosed ADHD female shows up in your therapeutic practice - both challenges and positives and everything in between!

This is a creative autoethnograpy with an aim for you to describe your experiences in creative ways as well as by Zoom. This may be through a journal entry, a poem, a photograph or artwork.

I am really interested in the experience of being late diagnosed with ADHD as a woman and being part of a lost generation of people who grew up knowing you were different but not knowing why.

My study will focus on your experiences within the counselling room and any challenges that come from being an ADHD therapist as well as any strengths that you experience.
