How can wearable data improve the way we talk about anxiety disorders in the therapy room? MEMoPAD is a research project designed to bridge the gap between physiological monitoring and the therapeutic conversation.
We are developing a tool that provides structured emotion insights, based on physiological data collected via wearables in parallel with self-reported information, to help clients self-reflect, break anxiety loops, and provide clinicians with more structured data points during sessions.
We are currently in Phase V of our co-design journey, and are seeking clinical perspectives from therapists and counselors. Your feedback is essential to ensure this technology is ethical, non-intrusive, and practically useful within a counseling setting.
Who can participate: Any mental health clinicians (e.g. counselor or psychotherapist) with experience supporting clients with anxiety disorders.
Appreciation: A £5 voucher is available for the first 50 valid participants as a token of thanks for your time.
