What's included

As a Supervisor you are social influencer, coaching, mentoring, evaluating and inspiring over time. You create an environment which is supportive, promoting learning and professional development. You’re also an enabler, creating cohesion, resolving conflict and shaping culture.

From this, it’s important to take the time to invest in yourself through self-care and connecting with your supervision community.

This Supervisor’s event aims to create this very space, to connect with peers working within contemporary supervision, whatever stage of your career.

The event will explore the needs of supervisors within themed strands, identifying gaps in provision and support, where and how these gaps can be filled and by whom.

The event will establish a community and collaborative feel with the aim of delegates having the opportunity to network in-person with peers and learn from presenters, sharing knowledge with each other and to be co-ordinated by strand facilitators, where delegates you can collectively identify ideas and solutions that can be explored further and taken forward by small groups and/or BACP.
