The Listening Group was formed in response to our organisational strategy, and brings together a number of colleagues from across BACP each month to review the feedback we've received from our members. 

The group's primary aim relates to goal 1 of our strategy: listening to, learning from and working with our members to inform the work of the Association.

We know that it's hugely important for us to regularly engage with members to understand more about your membership experience, and to use your feedback to help us improve the services we offer. 

We want to share the work of our Listening Group with you, so we're producing a monthly report that helps to illustrate some of the key feedback we've received.

This includes the main reasons you contact us, how you currently rate our performance and any action we're taking as a result.
