The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is stress, so we asked some BACP members for their advice and tips. 

There are many different areas in people’s lives that can lead to stress. Here some of our counsellors and psychotherapists share their expertise to help us better understand stress and what we can do about it.

We'll be adding more of their tips throughout the week.
