The Professional Standards Authority is carrying out its annual review of the accreditation of our register.
The PSA reviews our processes every year and its focus is on our work to protect the public.
The review includes looking at how we uphold our professional standards, including how we carry out our complaints procedure, and also looks at our financial status and governance processes.
We provide evidence to the PSA on our work in all these areas.
The process provides an opportunity for members of the public to give feedback about their experience of our register.
All organisations holding registers accredited by the PSA go through the reaccreditation process annually and we welcome the opportunity to have our processes reviewed by an independent organisation.
