It's Time to Talk Day today - where people up and down the country are encouraged to be more open about mental health.
The campaign, run by Time for Change, aims to get more people talking, listening and changing lives. It wants to put an end to people feeling isolated, ashamed and worthless because of their mental health.
So we spoke to some of our members about why talking to a counsellor can be such a positive experience - and how it can help.
