About me and my therapy practice
I Principally use PCT but am open to other therapies when needed. This all depends on the client's needs. As of January 2021, I am now practising digitally. I can do Face to Face Therapy, Online Counselling, Telphone/Counselling, Zoom or WhatsApp - your choice!
I work with a variety of issues, from Anxiety/Panic Attacks, OCD, Social Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship issues (individuals) Low Self Esteem, Stress, PTSD. My PCT use gives you the power to decide on which direction we move in. Your power is in my hands and I can guide you to become aware of the correct moves to make. YOU make your own conclusions, YOU find your way to the best solution. YOU take the first step, with my help. YOUR solution will bring you to a place where you see the light, YOU find the correct way of thinking. I am your guiding light in all of this.

The therapy core I have chosen to offer my clients is PCT (Person-Centered Therapy) because I believe that the client is the most important part of any therapy, and they should be at the centre of our goals, profession, and mindfulness. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Psychodynamic Therapy when the situation arises, but always in keeping with the client's needs. This ensures I always mould my therapy to the client, and enables me to meet my client's own individual needs.
My first session
My initial consultation with you would be to discuss the issues you may be experiencing and your background. It would be an initial opportunity for you to ask any questions about counselling which you may have. it enables me to have an insight into your needs, and it helps each of us obtain an insight into what YOU hope to gain from our sessions. This initial session will also help you to understand if I am the right therapist for you!
