About me and my therapy practice
If you’re looking for a therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?”—I’m probably not the right fit. But if you’re ready to explore the deeper layers of who you are, how you love, and what’s been holding you back—I’d love to work with you.
I support people through life transitions, identity shifts, relationship struggles, and the journey of rebuilding self-worth. Whether you’re navigating big changes, feeling stuck in old patterns, or trying to find your voice after years of silencing it—I offer a space that’s warm, honest, and deeply supportive.
My clients often say they come to me when they need more than just a safe space—they want real, lasting change. I blend therapy, coaching, and holistic psychology to help you unpack what’s really going on beneath the surface and move forward in a way that feels aligned and empowering.
I work with individuals and couples, with a particular focus on:
– Relationship patterns and intimacy struggles
– Identity and self-esteem
– Queer and marginalised experiences
– Nervous system regulation and trauma-informed healing
My style is relational, down-to-earth, and intuitive. I show up as a real person, and I invite you to do the same. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just bring your curiosity, your courage, and your truth. We’ll work through the rest together.
Practice description
My practice is a space for people who are done with surface-level solutions. It’s for those navigating the messy middle—where identity feels unclear, relationships feel strained, and the confidence they show the world doesn’t quite match how they feel inside.
Whether you’re unpacking childhood wounds, processing a breakup, navigating an identity shift, or trying to stop repeating the same patterns in love—I offer a grounded, compassionate space where we can do the deep work, together.
I work both online and in-person from my therapy space in Wimbledon, offering flexibility to meet you where you are—literally and emotionally.
I blend traditional therapy with coaching and holistic psychology, weaving in nervous system education, relational depth work, and trauma-informed insight. Sessions are tailored, creative, and rooted in connection—not protocol. This isn’t “tick box” therapy. It’s work that honours the complexity of who you are.
Clients often tell me they feel seen for the first time in our work. That they’re able to connect dots they never knew existed. That they finally feel safe enough to be honest—with me, and with themselves.
It’s calm, brave, and deeply human work.
My first session
The first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your challenges, and what’s bringing you to therapy now. I’ll ask some thoughtful questions to help us explore what’s been going on beneath the surface, and I’ll listen carefully to get a sense of what you need, what you’ve already tried, and where you’d like to go from here.
This isn’t about rushing into solutions—it’s about building a relationship where you feel safe, seen, and supported. That said, I also like to keep things active and intentional. I usually offer reflections and insights from the very beginning, and I often suggest a small piece of reflective “homework” after the session—something practical, nourishing, or thought-provoking to help you stay connected to the work in between sessions.
You’ll leave the first session with a clearer sense of how I work, what we might focus on together, and most importantly—whether the space feels right for you.

About me and my therapy practice
Hey, I’m Emma. I’m an integrative supervisor and therapist with a soulful, relational, and spiritually attuned lens. I offer supervision for therapists who want to deepen their practice, reconnect with their purpose, and bring their full selves into the room, especially the parts that feel unseen, unspoken, or still held quietly in the spiritual closet.
My approach to supervision is integrative, queer affirming, and trauma informed. I hold space for reflection, challenge, and growth by combining psychodynamic insight, TA, parts work, somatic awareness, and spiritual meaning-making. I welcome creativity, intuition, ancestral wisdom, and the sacred, especially where these are core to who you are but may not always feel safe to express in clinical settings.
This is a space to explore both the technical and the tender. The countertransference, the theoretical frameworks, the ethical dilemmas, and also the soul callings, the energy shifts, the rituals, the dreams, and the deeper questions we carry as healing professionals.
I particularly support therapists navigating identity shifts, relational dynamics, burnout, and the desire to reclaim their voice and values in their work. Whether you are newly qualified or years into practice, supervision with me is about coming home to your own wisdom while staying anchored in ethical, embodied, and relationally sound practice.
I believe supervision should feel like a sacred pause. A place where you can laugh, cry, reflect, doubt, and dream. A place where all of you, clinical, creative, spiritual, and human, is welcome.
If you are looking for a supervisor who blends depth with intuition, clinical clarity with softness, and spirituality with integrity, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
Practice description
I offer integrative, relational, and spirituality-informed supervision on Monday mornings in person in Wimbledon and online on Fridays, with flexibility for online sessions on both days depending on your preference.
My supervision practice welcomes both experienced therapists and trainees who are seeking a collaborative, reflective space that holds clinical rigour alongside personal truth. I am a queer, Black British therapist and newly qualified supervisor with a deep commitment to anti-oppressive, trauma-aware, and identity-sensitive work.
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, IFS, humanistic, and TA-informed principles. I bring experience from working with individuals, couples, and groups, alongside specialist insight into relationship dynamics, inner child healing, intersectionality, and existential questions around identity, belonging, and meaning.
I have a particular passion for supporting therapists who integrate spirituality and holistic approaches into their clinical work. Whether you are exploring ancestral healing, somatic practices, dream work, or intuitive methods such as energy work or hypnotherapy, this is a space where your ways of knowing are respected and encouraged.
Supervision with me is a co-created space. It is a space for truth-telling, curiosity, and conscious reflection. You are invited to bring your whole self into the room—your doubts, your edges, your joy, and your wisdom. We work relationally, noticing the dynamics between us as a rich source of insight and growth.
I offer both individual and group supervision, and I am currently developing spirituality-informed supervision groups for therapists who long to explore the sacred in their work. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent-aware, and grounded in respect for difference in all its forms.
If this resonates, I would love to hear from you.
My first session
When we sit down for our first session, there’s no pressure to perform, get it right, or bring a perfectly structured case. I really want you to feel that you can just arrive as you are. Whether you’re feeling nervous, excited, unsure, or a bit of everything, that’s totally welcome.
I see our first session as a chance to land together. We’ll take time to talk about what supervision means to you, what you’re hoping to get from the space, and anything you’ve experienced in past supervision—what worked, what didn’t, and what you’d love more of. If you’re newly qualified or still in training, we’ll go gently and give you time to get a feel for the process. And if you’re more experienced, this will be a collaborative space where we can tune in to the kind of support you’re really craving at this stage of your work.
I work relationally, so I’ll pay attention to what shows up between us. That includes how comfortable you feel, where you might feel a bit guarded, and what themes emerge naturally just from being in the space. You’re welcome to bring client work, personal reflections, ethical dilemmas, even dreams or energetic sensations you’ve picked up in the room. Nothing is too small or too weird, I mean that.
If spirituality or intuitive practice is part of your work, or part of you, this is a space where you don’t have to hide that. You don’t have to translate yourself into clinical language unless you want to. We can explore the clinical, the creative, the sacred, and the stuck places with equal care.
At the end of our first session, we’ll check in about how the space felt for you and whether it’s a good fit. I’m not here to micromanage or fix, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow as the practitioner you are meant to be.
