About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with experience of working with adults and young people, age 16+. I’m trained as a person centred therapist, but I use other forms of therapy depending on the individual needs of my clients.
Working with a qualified therapist in a supportive, non-judgemental environment gives you the opportunity to discuss whatever it is that has brought you to see me. I offer a safe, confidential and therapeutic space so that we can work together to help you make sense of your experiences and work through your thoughts and feelings which you might not otherwise share.
The benefits of working with a counsellor can include improvement in managing your thoughts and feelings, a decrease in depression and anxiety and learning to place more value on yourself and your needs.
