I work flexible hours either face to face in North Swindon or online via Zoom or Teams. Online sessions mean I can work with individuals from all over the UK and beyond and adds flexibility that clients enjoy including the convenience of saving time and costs due to not having to travel to their sessions. All that is required is a secure and reliable internet connection and a safe and quiet space to work from.
About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Charlotte. I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist with a post-graduate in trauma. I work with adults and young people and have specific experience and additional training in working with clients who have experienced trauma, domestic abuse as well as bereavement and loss. I have worked with a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, OCD and sexual abuse.
I offer a compassionate and confidential space in which to support you in finding your own way forward in coping with any challenges or difficulties you may be experiencing.
Experiencing trauma can effect everyone differently. You might feel scared, anxious, angry, disappointed, ashamed, all-consuming loneliness, or all of these and more. Your story is unique to you, and we work at your pace, not mine.
My experience working with clients in these settings has been diverse and rich, which has given me a thorough understanding of human nature and people's ability to change.
So, if you are ready, book an initial chat with me (it's free) so we can get to know each other and see if I'm the right counsellor for you.
I am fully insured, have an enhanced DBS check and am a registered member of the BACP
