About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. You may be going through a difficult time and perhaps you feel that you are unable to resolve these issues alone.
Counselling can give you the opportunity to make sense of these issues. However, looking for a counsellor can be challenging. It is important to meet or speak to the people who you think will be a good fit for you.
I am an integrative counsellor with a private practice in Bristol City Centre. I work by concentrating on what is important to you, and supporting you to gain a fresh perspective through reflecting on and understanding yourself and your present situation, actions and experiences. We may also explore how your early life and relationships have shaped you and your current behaviours, patterns and sense of self.
If you think I would be a good fit for you please email / call me to set up an initial appointment. Also, please note that I’m more than happy to answer any questions you may have about counselling, my private practice and how it works over the phone.
