I work face-to-face in well appointed rooms in Enfield Town, as well as working remotely on the telephone or video. I am working on Tuesdays and have some availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor with experience of both long term and short term work. I have helped people overcome depression and anxiety, bereavement and trauma. I build trusting cooperation with my clients so that we can both learn from the work we do.

Practice description

I offer regular weekly therapy sessions, each session is 50 minutes. I work in person, in Enfield Town, as well as remotely, offering telephone or video sessions. This space is for you the client and we will establish the main themes that you wish to work on.

My first session

I offer an initial session so that we can explore your needs. It can be hard to know where to begin, and I offer this time to start to think together about what brings you to counselling.
