About me and my therapy practice
Counselling can support you through difficult periods of your life and be a very important part of managing your mental wellbeing, particularly at this worrying and for some, lonely time. Why not try an introductory session to see if we can work well together. Together we can help you to address specific issues, or to try and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Counselling can help you come to terms with and find acceptance of the past, to think about what fears you may have, what drives and motivates you and to help you find your inner strength. I can help you find new ways of understanding yourself and when working with a couple, help with understanding each other.
Daytime and early evening appointments available. I provide a safe, comfortable and confidential space where you can feel listened to and understood, without being judged.
I am currently seeing clients in person in Morningside, close to the city centre and also on Zoom.
