About me and my therapy practice
I have twenty years of clinical experience counselling adults, and children/young people from the age of 12 plus.
I offer sessions face to face, telephone or via video-link.
I practise using the Person-Centred Approach for a range of mental health concerns, and CBT for anxiety-related issues.
I have helped clients with anger, depression/low mood, stress, anxiety, bereavement/loss, low confidence.
I have full enhanced DBS clearance for working with children.
My clinical supervision fee is £50 per session.
Practice descriptionMy aim is to enable clients to find their own inner resources for resolving personal problems.
