About me and my therapy practice
I help adults and young people to live the life they deserve.
Are you feeling anxious, stressed, grief, low in mood, overwhelmed or out of sorts? Is how you are feeling affecting your relationships, self esteem, work or self confidence?
I can help you to:

I do this by helping you to understand your experiences, feelings and behaviours. I'll listen, ask questions, validate your experiences and share knowledge with you when necessary.
I am professional, approachable, warm and easy to talk to. I will tailor sessions to suit you and your need’s, whilst providing you with a safe, non judgemental, accepting environment.
Practice description
I work online via zoom and also have a therapy room based in South Manchester, Sale, M33.
I also work within a local secondary school counselling students, facilitating workshops and offering termly supervision sessions to teaching and support staff.
I am an Integrative therapist. This means that I draw upon different approaches which allows me to offer you an individual service, after all we are all unique individuals and one size doesn’t fit all.
I have experience of working with people from all walks of life and a variety of different challenges including;
Anxiety, stress, grief, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, low mood, low self-esteem/confidence, women's issues, difficult and traumatic birth issues amongst other challenges.
I also provide therapeutic, emotional support to those who may have had pregnancy related issues or experienced trauma after/before childbirth. This could be months or even years after the event.
Through lived experience of my own I know how important it is to be heard. My aim is for you to feel listened to, understood and supported while navigating through your pregnancy/birth story.
Our work together will allow you to reflect and explore your thoughts and feelings. This can help you to gain clarity and insight.
I am a @Birth Better Champion and have experience in working with those affected by pregnancy-related issues, traumatic birth, the loss of a baby and pregnancy-related mental health issues via my work with Footsteps Charity.
My professional development is continuous and attend regular supervision.
