About me and my therapy practice

Whatever is happening for you, as a Counsellor with 8 years experience, I offer a safe and confidential space where we can work together to explore your situation and find the best way forward.

My counselling approach is Person Centred/ Integrative. This means I am able to combine techniques from different therapies in a Person Centred way to meet your individual needs and personal circumstances - tailoring the therapy to you.

Having worked for the NHS, mental health charity Mind and bereavement counselling service Cruse as well as my own private practice, I have experience with adults who present with a wide range of issues including abuse, addiction, anger, anxiety, confidence, depression, grief and loss, obsessive compulsive disorders, relationship, self esteem, stress, trauma and work related.

I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and BA (Hons) (First Class) in Counselling Solutions.

Practice description

I work from St Catherine's House which is located in the gorgeous grounds of Woodfield Park on Tickhill Road in Balby, Doncaster.

The building is easily accessible from both Doncaster town centre and the A1 and M18 and has free parking on site. It also boasts a Tea Rooms and Victorian Walled Garden.

I am also able to work with clients whatever their location online (via Zoom, Facetime or WhatsApp) or over the phone.
