About me and my therapy practice
As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I encourage people to explore their experiences, concerns or goals, and to expand the range of choices they believe they have.
I don’t try to impose any fixed ideas or concepts on clients. I believe it is helpful for clients to develop their own ways of understanding themselves with my support, and not to adopt my perspectives.
My style is relaxed, warm and supportive. I allow clients to talk about what ever they wish to, and inquire into their concerns and experiences with interest, care and an open mind.
Given public health guidance on the coronavirus, at the moment I am only offering sessions via telephone or online video such as Skype and FaceTime.
