About me and my therapy practice
After working for many years in the mental health profession I realised that I could utilise my skills to help people further on a one to one basis.
I decided to train as an integrative therapist. This means that I draw upon several different schools of counselling which enables each client to receive a personalised programme.
I believe that with the right help and support people are able to work through their issues.
