About me and my therapy practice
I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. My clients find me warm, respectful and easy to be with; their feedback often speaks of the quality of the relationship we build. I would describe myself as sincere, honest and non-judgemental.
Offering you a warm and respectful space is my priority. In counselling, I will work alongside you as you explore your difficulties, creating between us an environment for growth and empowerment.
Prior to being a counsellor, I worked in education. I currently also work as a funeral celebrant.
These blurbs can only give you an overview of what you might expect from therapists, yet it remains key that you find the right therapist for you. So it might be worth putting together a short-list of people to contact in the first instance.
You will find more information on my website about me and the therapy I offer. If you have any further questions or queries, I will be happy to discuss them in a phone call.
